What you’ll do:

• Responsible for CETS and CSPC quality management system set-up and maintenance.

• Take lead CETS cold shrink product line process quality control.

• Establish the quality system document frame, taking the responsible of the company’s quality system document management and improvement.

• Maintain and take charge of the DCC documents update, push related departments following procedures and deviation requirements to update working instructions, record forms, and other documents, make sure formal released documents well implement.

• Organizing and coordination of annual internal system audits in China division and plants with support from Corporate Quality headquarter and plants quality manager. Annual EQMS self-assessment and EQMS risk Metrix identified and actions follow up.

• Collect, report and review monthly various audits results and follow up on corrective actions plan with plant quality managers and related stakeholders.

• Responsible for regular quality review meetings including Quality Management review meeting, monthly quality council review meeting, customer high quality risk review meeting.

• Organize and take lead regular customer audit and annual QMS third party audit.

• Per PDSS deviation requirements, promote EATON quality culture and three pillar cultures in plant. Make sure deviation’s quality culture and quality activities well conducted in plant.

• Regularly diagnose systemic weakness of quality system through the whole customer complain and develop the systemic improvement action plant with related functions.

• Leading plant procedure commonization and optimization and consistence with APAC PDSS deviation requirements.

• Drive continues improvement on quality management system with digitalization solution.

• Division Quality Management System deployment, as a contact window responsible for PDSS deviation quality culture consolidation and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above with major in mechanic or electronics engineering or electrical automation. Electrical automation major is priority.

• 8 years above working experience in quality role in multi-national Industry manufacturing enterprise.

• Qualified IATF 16949 or ISO9001 system auditor and process auditor.

• Strong knowledge of quality system IATF 16949/ ISO9001 quality manuals, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and customer quality requirements

• Good knowledge of Six-sigma and basic problem-solving skills 8D reports, FTA, 5whys and PPAP quality tools.

• Excellent communication skills both in English. Mechatronic or Electronica product/ production experience.
