Abbott Senior Product Manager in Shanghai, China
1.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and drive to work towards achieving company vision, objectives as well as divisional mission and strategies.
Implement marketing strategies to promote and increase market share of assigned products.
Coordinate marketing programs for existing/new products, marketing techniques and promotional campaigns.
Translate regional marketing strategy into local activities.
Ensure local implementation of marketing messages, materials and training that contribute towards the achievement of country objectives.
Stay abreast of the market trends and business environment.
Prepare annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.
Ensure marketing activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and branding standards.
Maintain close collaboration with sales team to understand the dynamic business.
2.REQUIREMENTS:
Industry experiences :Bachelor Degree - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Master Degree – more than 2 years of relevant experience
Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage
Good command of English.
Analytical.
Proficient interpersonal communication skill.
Project management skill.
