The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

• Business Planning and Strategy

• Partner national sales general manager yearly business plan and strategy, support the business plan and strategy setting, inputs finance opinion about implementation by efficient resource investment and reasonable measurement

• Partner financial evaluation of business initiatives with action-oriented recommendations

• Lead annual Budget and Forecast process by the comprehensive financial analysis and modeling set-up, support National Sales GM well foresee the business growth roadmap, proactively identify the opportunities and risks

• Provide sound financial analysis and opinion to support commercial decisions

• Work with National Sales GM & commercial operation leader for annual sales target setting and performance review

• Support National Sales GM & commercial operation leader to perform annual distributor performance review, and annual promotion plan and scorecard proposal review

• P&L and Working Capital Management

• Partner National sales GM on full P&L management, provide right financial opinion in pricing/ expense/ investment/ credit resource allocation

• Partner RGM to set annual regional pricing plan, reasonable and MKT driven pricing resource allocation to support higher business growth

• Work with sales GM to allocate the annual and monthly credit resource to distributor level, well manage regional DSO to meet target

• Maintain balanced, objective and holistic perspective on spending initiatives

• Financial Alert if any pricing or credit resource out of budget/plan

• Financial risk assessment on distributor credit term application, annual basis or special cases

• Train and coach credit management awareness to sales colleagues

• Governance and Control

• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures

• Necessary finance training to sales team, including finance policy/ financial risk assessment tool/ key finance control points/financial basis ROI analysis methodology

• Champion and support process improvement initiatives throughout the business
