ACCOUNTABILITY
Overall responsible for company sales management: setting and meeting targets
Daily management and support of regional sales teams
Support sales team as the senior experienced role in larger negotiations and building relationships
can build up a sales team in Southeast Asia and develop business from zero.
Conducts regular coaching and counseling with sales people and dealers to build motivation and selling skills
Accountability for receivables and overdue management
Analyze current market situations and competitive activity to proper give instruction for sales.
Control of steering selling price and implement annual price increases
Advice and control annual distributor discounts
Control special project discounts
Controls sales expenses to meet budget guidelines
Other jobs assigned by management team
Qualifications
Excellent individual sales and relationship building skills
Minimum 3 years experiences from managing export sales teams
Long experience in sales of building material (mechanical locking is an advantage)
Good understanding of trading terms (Price, discount, collection, payment terms, credit terms)
Well organized and attentive to follow up and deadlines
Good communication skills in Chinese and fluent English
