In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assistance in the establishment of a virus removal validation service laboratory

• Coordinated resources to complete method development for virus removal validation experiments

• Assistance in the establishment of a quality system for virus removal validation services

• Participate in the promotion of virus removal validation service business

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors or Masters, majored in biotechnology, at least 5 years’ experience in the Biotech industry

• Good knowledge of virus removal validation

• Good knowledge of virus preparation and purification processes

• Proficient in the establishment of virus detection methods

• Familiarity with the regulations related to de-virus validation

• Familiarity with the operational requirements of the BSL2 laboratory

• Familiarity with virus handling requirements in the laboratory

• Solving problems -- provides countermeasures using technical experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Desire to work closely with a diverse team and team player

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Application of GLP as appropriate, familiar with GMP requirements

• Experience with project management

• Experience with team management

• Potential for innovation
