Philips Sales manager, Loyalty & Incentive in Shanghai, China
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology.
Manage Philips PH national B2B business and channel development.
To develop and drive credible and productive long-term relation with B2B key account.
To initiate Philips PH B2B business strategy plan by understanding business needs and providing tailored value propositions.
To maximize B2B business scale by account expanding and develop new B2B channel.
You are responsible for:
Develop L&I strategic planning based on the deep understanding of customers’ strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape.
Develops, maintains and improves relations with existing and new customers to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
Sells assigned portfolio of products for L&I business, negotiating with clients, generating leads.
Partners with inside sales and marketing teams to initiate competitive promotion plan
Based on the company's strategy and the actual market situation, effectively leverage L&I resources to achieve the best cost-efficiency.
New channel development.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Min. 6 Years of L&I sales management experience.
Team management experience.
Work experience in multination company is preferred.
Over 200M sales revenue is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Fluent English
