Project Sales Manager-酒店渠道

BASIC FUNCTION S

推动科勒旗下品牌及品类在国际/国内酒店管理公司及其他新业务的整合营销计划策划和执行。

跟进国际及国内酒店管理公司销售业务,梳理和整理酒店业务的相关信息,推动销售转化。

Accountable for planning and implementation of integrated marketing among all KOHLER brands inforeign and Chinese hotel management company.

Responsible and develop the business of hotel management company and support in sales result assessment, market forecast, promote sales performance.

Specific Responsibilities

  1. 跟进重点酒店管理公司业务,推动各区域的酒店项目落地

Positively advances the business of key hotels management company and drive projects to landing.

  1. 拓展国际及国内大型酒店管理公司,提升科勒品牌在酒店市场的份额

Establish and maintain relationships with important hotel management company, increase domestic hotel market share.

  1. 协助区域销售及设计顾问团队,协调公司各部门支持,推进酒店项目销售

Working closely with regional sales and design consultants, in conjunction with internal departments to pursue the hotel projects.

  1. 管理及协调重点酒店管理公司采购平台,提升科勒品牌B端展示形象

Manage multiple hotels purchasing platform ,enhance the brand image in hotel markets.

  1. 掌握了解酒店业最新动态,梳理反馈相关信息及友商的情况

Keep up to date with new trends of hotels, collect Information on the market and competitions.

Relationships and contacts

Ø Report to the National Sales Director - Project, Kohler China

Ø Frequent contact with sales management and individual sales reps whose territories the jobs are located

Ø Work closely with key clients

Skills/Requirements

Ø Bachelor’s degree or above

Ø At least 8 years working experience in project sales or consumer goods industry

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conversant in working cross-culturally

Ø Experience in international/domestic hotel business development

Ø Self driven, self disciplined, and goal-oriented

Ø Possess/acquire excellent product knowledge

Ø Willing to travel
