Amazon Product Marketing Manager, FBA in Shanghai, China

Description

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party Sellers. The Global Selling team in Asia is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 17 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Asia business to go globally.

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), offers fulfillment, shipping and customer service for Sellers. It helps Sellers scale ecommerce business and reach more customers. We’re now seeking a multi-talented, customer-centered, data-driven, deadline-oriented marketing manager to drive Seller Success Marketing for FBA. This role will work closely with product owners, business teams, operation team, marketing channels, PR, PP and stakeholders in worldwide.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and align FBA features’ key message and selling points with product and business teams in global;

  • Dive Deep into local Sellers’ performance, figure out challenges and opportunities for improvement;

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive FBA Sellers’ performance improvement;

  • Own marketing content roadmap and create various content tools (success stories, pitch decks, flyers, videos, etc.) for Seller engagement and education across Asia, ensure marketing contents updated and consistent;

  • Collect Seller insights to influence product development roadmap;

  • Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve;

  • Ongoing communications with global and Asia stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

  • Experience in partnership and product marketing

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent project management skill; demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

  • Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)

  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity.
