The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 17 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Over vision is to be the first choice for all types of the Chinese business to go globally.

Amazon Business (AB) is the B2B Marketplace on Amazon that provides business customers and institutional buyers the pricing, selection, and convenience of shopping on Amazon – with features and benefits designed exclusively for purchasing organizations of all sizes and specific industry types. Our vision in China is to be the No. 1 destination for Chinese Sellers to sell to business buyer globally.

We’re now seeking a customer-centered, data-driven, detail-oriented content marketing manager assisting to grow the B2B strategic segment in cross-border eCommerce. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption by marketing approaches in multiple media channels.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own AB program/feature go-to-market and education strategy, prioritization, initiative, and roadmap planning.

  • Own marketing and education content roadmap and create various content tools (success stories, pitch decks, flyers, videos, Seller University curriculums and etc.) for Seller engagement and education;

  • Dive Deep into Sellers’ performance from AB perspective, figure out challenges and opportunities for marketing and education;

  • Set up AB product marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve;

  • Identify CN Sellers’ needs and expectations, and partner with worldwide teams to align initiatives with cross-functional team goals and drive product adoption.

  • Work closely with PM, business and other MKT teams to deliver and organize consistent, innovative and seller-centric communication assets to support product/business objectives and integrating needs/specificities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communication, business, or other related field or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years relevant work experience in marketing. Ideally in product marketing, content marketing, direct working experience with global teams.

  • Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, determine improvements and innovations with success experience.

  • Experienced in driving product adoption through targeted and mass communication channels with success experience.

  • Experience working in global context and cross-functional teams and leading cross-functional projects at all level of the organization.

  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity.

  • Pro-active communicator, able to manage multiple parallel-path projects, results-oriented, self-motivated and entrepreneurial and always open to new ideas.

  • Professional proficiency of English and Chinese as the working language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, as well as stakeholder expectations.

  • Strong strategic thinking and operation knowledge of internet industry.
