The Role: As a Product Manager in our Shanghai office, you will be pivotal in developing and delivering products for the Chinese market. Working within a small, autonomous team, you will collaborate with engineers, operations, marketing, and design experts to ensure the successful delivery of products that will positively impact millions of users' daily lives.

The Team: You will be part of the Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) business group whose vision is to extend human potential and help anyone be at their creative and productive best in their workspace. Joining the PWS Post Launch Innovation team, you will contribute to energizing strategic existing products after launch with a special focus on the Chinese market.

In this role you will:

• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, packaging, marketing and operations to deliver an optimized consumer experience within the desired time-to-market and product cost.

• Manage full product developments independently such as derivatives of existing products, special and limited editions, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Work in a small autonomous team driven by speed, performance, quality, and project efficiency.

Key Qualifications: We are seeking an individual with the following experience, skills, and behaviors to join our team:

• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (oral & written).

• Demonstrable experience in product management and/or project management roles.

• Solid understanding of product hardware development and project management

• A solid understanding of the product manager role, actively expanding your expertise in desirability (UX and design principles), feasibility (engineering constraints), and viability (cost, time-to-market, ROI) to drive user-centered innovation

• Ability to quickly grasp projects scope and constraints, and excellent problem-solving skills to make calculated trade-off decisions based on sound business acumen.

• Capacity to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and effectively collaborate with diverse local and global teams.
