Amazon Outbound Marketing Manager, Amazon Ads in Shanghai, China

Since 2017, our China cross-border marketing team has been driving the awareness, activation, and continued success of China-based sellers advertising in marketplaces worldwide via insight-based marketing and education programs. We are looking for a customer-obsessed driving force behind creating marketing demand, igniting and fueling business growth through effective marketing efforts.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design overall outbound advertiser journey across email, UI and new channels (e.g. SMS)

  • Plan and create new marketing campaigns across email, UI and new outbound channels, including creative development and targeting segmentation.

  • Define experiments and optimize outbound campaigns to drive meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Build up and optimize collaboration mechanism with global stakeholders on outbound channels.

  • Track, measure, and report on channel results, contributing to business reviews regularly.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of driving compelling marketing campaigns and execution at an agency or in-house marketing team experience

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading marketing campaign development of innovative creative from concept to delivery

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
