Zoll Medical Corporation Operations Assistant, China in Shanghai, China
Job Summary: Perform various duties within ZOLL Canada Sales Operations group, which includes but is not limited to the functions below:
Essential Functions:
Respond to inquiry emails with both internal and external stakeholders
Submit and track order discrepancies on shipments from suppliers
Greet visitors to the Mississauga office
Assist order management team during peak times to ensure customer commitment levels are met
Enter purchase requisitions in ERP system
Process warehouse paperwork; scanning documents/filing paperwork
Enter receiving transactions in ERP system
Enter inventory count transactions
Investigate internal order and shipping requests
Other tasks as assigned depending on work load
Experience / Skill Requirements:
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Team player with positive attitude
Fluency in French considered a strong asset
Education Requirements:
- College or University degree.
