Zoll Medical Corporation Operations Assistant, China in Shanghai, China

Job Summary: Perform various duties within ZOLL Canada Sales Operations group, which includes but is not limited to the functions below:

Essential Functions:

  • Respond to inquiry emails with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Submit and track order discrepancies on shipments from suppliers

  • Greet visitors to the Mississauga office

  • Assist order management team during peak times to ensure customer commitment levels are met

  • Enter purchase requisitions in ERP system

  • Process warehouse paperwork; scanning documents/filing paperwork

  • Enter receiving transactions in ERP system

  • Enter inventory count transactions

  • Investigate internal order and shipping requests

  • Other tasks as assigned depending on work load

Experience / Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • Fluency in French considered a strong asset

Education Requirements:

  • College or University degree.
