1、渠道策略：基于对渠道的前瞻性洞察，指定渠道策略和管理手册

2、客户管理整合：识别不同层级客户的共性生意机会和资源需求，/通过跨部门沟通和协作，提供针对产品端/渠道端/营销端共性需求的解决方案，做为统一沟通窗口，统筹沟通公司对于RKA客户的策略和要求，如库存管理/促销排档等

3、团队赋能：推动分客户年度目标和规划，挖掘基本面机会，共同制定行动方案，并参与RKA客户管理

4、O2O：针对大润发优先，永辉生活，沃尔玛到家平台，日常运维，通过场景化营销，会员体系经营，提升份额

5、本地生活：以抖音本地生活到家业务为抓手

1、本科以上学历

2、5年以上快消KA客户管理或区域管理经验
