Job Description

The Medical Education Manager directly report to Medical Education Associate Director who is responsible for facial aesthetics to manage the Medical Education managers/Associate Managers based and deployed in region.

1. Business planning and analysis

   Formulate regional education plan under AMI strategy like HCPs evaluation/Faculty engagement;

   Identify HCPs’ capacity clearly through CF team;

   Analysis data for HCPs’ skills which include clinic basic/injection skills, etc.;

   Monthly report to AMI head include people manage and business analysis;

2. AMI Faculty engagement plan

   Develop and update faculty list thorough identification, profiling, and mapping process.

   Working with LMM and sales team to align with AMI strategy to develop faculty;

   Keep high quality scientific engagement via different kinds of TTT program;

   Planning and upgrade different levels’ faculty member to higher through speaker’s tour;

3. Enhance the cross-functional collaboration between team and all stakeholders

   Internal communication with sales and LMM team weekly;

   Plan the internal training to sales and MKT team every month;

   Conduct team to regional best partner;

4. Obey company compliance in daily works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in clinical medicine, or related medicine major required master degree

• At least 3 years working experience in pharma or device company;

• Excellent task execution with good accountability;

• Strong analytical skills, with ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical data;

• Strong presentation and teaching skills, and ability to share information with others;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal;

• Strong adaptability to surroundings.
