Job Responsibilities

-Responsible for marketing Strategy Initiatives, Innovative Brand Activity Exploration and Implementation, as well as cross-indication collaboration and organization, including Product materials development, KOL management etc.

Marketing strategy, plan, key campaigns execution and analysis:

-Develop Brand strategy and plan cross indications based on marketing analysis, to ensure the strategic plans are in line with the overall objectives;

-Work seamlessly with sales, medical, strategic marketing and other functional teams, and routinely analyze sales performance data and other reachable data sources to identify market opportunities to senior management for strategic business decision- making;

-Drive innovative brand solution/key campaigns/Activities design, development, delivery, and future optimization & enhancement by collaborating with peers with clear KPI measurements and achievements;

-Innovative Brand Activity Exploration and Implementation, as well as cross-indication collaboration and organization, including Product materials development, KOL management etc.

-Close track on results and delivery of regular reports and optimization plan cross indications;

-Liaise with agencies to develop, implement and champion innovative and cross brand solution;

-Lead competitive intelligence research to understand industry innovative initiatives and competitors initiatives in brand marketing as benchmark;

-Assist to organize cross indication discussion, materials development, KOL management, budget management, etc…

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree majored in Medicine, biological science, Marketing, business management.

-With Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategic planning and central marketing function, at least 3 years sales or local marketing experience.

-Excellent capability of brand activity exploration and Implementation, as well as cross-indication collaboration and organization, including Product materials development, KOL management etc.

-Excellent analytical capability and familiar with the market excellence tools; ( forecast model, brand planning skill)

-With some experiences of brand activity implementation and KPI tracking;

-Strong English written and oral communication skills, a presentable and impactful presenter;

-With professional background or solid technical knowledge in life sciences area. Ideally, the candidate should have good understanding of the main therapeutic areas as dermatology, rare disease, specialty care

-Effective cross-function collaboration and good team player;

-Able to provide “out of box" view to challenge current thinking and explore potential prospects;

-Logical, Result oriented, demonstrate sense of urgency while balance the needs of others;
