Job Description

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

  • 50% Capability & Excellence:

  • 45% Digitalization & Innovation

  • 5% 项目支持

1.CAPE Excellence - 协助部门负责人及团队leader,打造卓越组织:实现企业事务与患者赋能团队中,个人与组织的共同卓越(50%):

1)Operation excellence:

-CAPE团队的策略性流程管理及追踪(如MRP 整体运营,及日常费用合理性建议及管理);

-建立CAPE团队层面excellence工作的框架和管理体系(e.g., GSP committee);

-立足CAPE团队的重点项目,通过流程搭建与优化,助力业务高效交付(e.g., PS Operation Playbook,患教流程优化,飞检规则流程 etc.)

-针对CAPE Owned 数字化平台的资源合理性监督和节能增效角度的优化建议,及必要时的落地解决方案;e.g., CAPE SharePoint, PS platforms,synergy possibility of Takeda owned other channels.

-在深度理解业务需求基础上,了解CAPE团队运作流程及痛点,结合公司要求,为部门负责人提能增效优化建议,与团队及跨部门共建解决方案,以提升组织效率;

2)Capability & Engagement 组织能力与团队氛围:

-协助部门负责人及团队负责人打造CAPE团队文化;负责CAPE会议及TB的组织;

-协助团队负责人搭建CAPE内部能力提升项目,或通过课程设计,分享汇报,内部岗位交流等形式,协助提升团队能力;

3)CAPE influence:

-协助团队负责人在公司内部搭建CAPE最佳实践分享平台(类似Med SMART),提升CAPE患者服务创新解决方案和管理模式等实践经验在公司内部的分享、复制和应用;

-负责CAPE微信平台-“武为患者先”的内容运营、日常维护与持续优化;

2.CAPE Digitalization & Innovation:利用武田的数字化优势,协同DD&T,TCIC及多方资源,参考行业经验,打造CAPE团队相关的数字化解决方案及产品落地(45%):

1)善用行业洞察,定期提供行业趋势及经验分享,保持对业内数字化发展的高敏感度,提供数字化变革和创新的建设性意见;协助CAPE团队建立数字化mindset;

2)和CAPE内部跨团队紧密沟通,协助团队leader对于已经identified的数字化需求共建解决方案:

-结合团队需求,深入开发/升级患者数字化管理流程,提高生产力 (如Power Bi在不同治疗领域的试点及应用)

-对患者旅程中数字化筛查、诊断进行数字化探索和解决方案;

3.CAPE 项目运营与支持(5%):

-协助团队负责人,为企业平台项目的全局管理提供节能增效合理化建议,并协助落地执行;including but not limited to CIIE, Annual meeting, Leadership forum etc.

-为CAPE其他项目提供协同支持。

Qualifications & Skills:

教育背景

➢University degree and above.

➢Pharma, Marketing, Digital, information major is a plus

相关领域工作经验

➢Minimum 5 years of working experience in Marketing/Digital solutions/Digital Innovations.

➢pharma industry experience is a must;

✓Solid business understanding and demonstrated ability to apply business knowledge and experience in a complex, fast-paced business environment and deliver SMART solution.

✓Demonstrated experience and proofed delivered in create/build/provide digital solutions to business users and facilitate the production process.

✓Team player and able to build up business connections and good at leverage resources to solve problems.

✓Enterprising spirit and willingness to learn and grow.

✓Excellent English and Chinese writing & verbal communication skills.
