KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create demand for business meeting our Sales Growth Targets
Actively pursue acquisition of Strategic Accounts in the targeted verticals / territories, penetrate existing Strategic Accounts assigned
Adopt Social Selling by utilizing customers & market insights and content to prospect and nurture leads aiming to shorten the sales cycle time and maximize the deal size
Engage targeted Strategic Accounts at all levels with regular contact for understanding and identifying their business needs and propose our scent marketing solutions
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Technical Service Team for delivery excellent service and elevate customer engagement level
Build opportunity pipeline by using CRM and provide up-to-date view of opportunity pipeline of the region
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
University degree
6 years and above hotel supplies experience preferred
Strong Strategic or Key Accounts Management skills, with solution selling experience (not transactional selling)
Previous sales experience on "Recurring Monthly Revenue" ("RMR") business model is an advantage
Strong in identifying problems, drawing connections from various pieces of data, and taking action to resolve problems proactively
Confident in communicating and influencing various levels of stakeholders internally and externally
Strong team player and also able to work with minimal supervision
Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoints.
Experience on CRM system is an advantage such as Salesforce
High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
