  • Achieve annual service contract product goals established by the company through strategic planning and tactical implementation to promote service products to new service customers in the aftermarket.

  • Lead outbound calling for service and training products from various mediums focused on finding new service customers.

  • Populate new customer information in SFDC and apply regular funnel management in SFDC to demonstrate the quality of the funnel, activity plans, and command of the account base.

  • Engage customers via phone/email or other social media by providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling.
