The HR Operations Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for associates' payroll, benefit, lifecycle etc process in Cytiva China.

This position is part of the HR team located in Shanghai and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Associates’ life cycle process, such as onboarding, offboarding process, contract for new hire, contract renewal process, probation process, etc.

  • HR system(Workday, T&A, etc) daily operation to ensure the accuracy in HR system

  • Assist HR Operation Manager to lead on local implementation of global projects to drive adherence to enterprise standards;

  • Support foreign employee’s immigration related matter, i.e. work and residence permits, cross border travel, etc

  • Review as-is process, identify & lead improvement plan, drive operation excellence;

  • Implement related HR policies, ensuring compliance with the local labor law.

  • All internal and external audit requirements for HR related activities, Including all required government reports and submissions on time.

  • Data analysis provision and project support when necessary.

  • Other ad hoc assignments from line manager.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English – both verbal and written

  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • 2 years or above related working experience, multinational company experience in perferred

  • Good communication skill, Strong interpersonal skill, Problem-solving skill

  • Pro-active, quick learner and team player

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Strong HR system experience, detail oriented, Workday experience is preferred.

  • Familiar with labor law
