Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is seeking a highly capable, self-directed Head of Service Partner Network (SPN) GTM to own China SPN marketing strategy and programs to support Seller success, and SPN BD. In this role, you will be a lead and subject matter expert on how to build collaboration channels with Service Providers. This will include building SPN marketing go-to-market initiatives with partners, develop service provider scalable campaigns, meanwhile drive SPN enrollment through partnership development. You will collaborate with Filed Marketing and Parnter BD peers to collect local market/service provider insights for business prioritization, build mechanisms for consistency. You will work closely with SPN product team, category owners, central marketing teams/PR, business/sales teams for program planning and execution to meet the pre-aligned goals. The ideal candidate has successful experience in results-driven marketing, project management, or BD, an unbridled passion for fast-paced business, accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should have a hands-on approach with marketing campaign planning and implementation, and possess excellent project management skills.

Key job responsibilities

-Collaborate with SPN product team, central product solution marketing, regional business, and field marketing teams to identify priorities, focus partner marketing initiatives, and success metrics.

-Develop SPN product strategies, develop service provider facing marketing messages, and deliver through AGS-led online/offline campaigns and promotions.

-Innovate on SPN marketing campaigns and develop partner marketing programs.

-Develop and monitor partner marketing plans with key partners to effectively drive SPN awareness for Sellers to connect with service providers they need.

-Identify regional service provider communities, build cooperation, and manage the strategic partnership with the Alliance to support the joint GTM.

-Build and promote SPN stories with good partners to provide Sellers with tangible business results.

-Develops and tests pilot programs to continually improve campaigns.

-May plan and execute regional events when events are a part of marketing campaigns, influencing event registration and attendance goals, event demand generation strategy, and drive SPN awareness through online/offline promotions.

-Language: Chinese and English

Basic Qualifications

  • 15+ years’ experience in business development, project management or leading delivery of large/cross functional marketing.

  • Proved record of building marketing/business strategy and programs, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

  • Strong marketing and business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users. Must be metrics-driven.

  • Capability to move easily between generating big, strategic ideas, and driving hands-on process improvement along with team.

  • Strong bias for action, highly organized and ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines in dynamic business environment.

  • 7+ years of team management

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business development/marketing, MBA would be a plus.
