The Fulfillment Leader for Cytiva is responsible for support on time delivery of Cytiva China D&M and GM modality.

This position is part of the located in .At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Prepare and review of China backlog with focus on constrained items supply and what's critical on the backlog report for your allocated modality and accounts

• Partnership with the D&M and GM modality, to become a contact with global factories as the representative of China, timely identify the risks in order delivery, and upgrade the needs of new urgent orders to obtain priority supply.

• Proactively inform modality,CS on SSD changes that impact the customer at high level and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, coordinating with DP, logistics team to meet customer request shipment date.

• Develop and implement OTD and inventory initiatives to optimize supply chain fulfillment processes, improve on time delivery and inventory turns, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Drive process improvements with customer, commercial and CS following existing portfolio/governance procedures and understanding constraints

• Support monitoring and trending of supply risk from Sales DM at D&M and GM;

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Strong analytic skills, Oracle expert, good understanding of supply chain logic in ERP

• Bachelor's degree, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field are preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or supply chain management, with a focus on order fulfillment operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders on a global basis.

• Problem solver, relentless, curious

• Professional and exec presence to lead/support customer meetings

• Both orally and written in English is essential to the role

• Available for some international travel based on specific ad-hoc business needs.
