About the job
This is a leadership position entrusted with full P&L responsibility for Franchise of oncology to build up Sanofi oncology foothold in China. This includes pioneering and evolving business modules, launching new products, developing marketing & field force strategy and tactics, budget allocation and expense control, cultivating talents, strengthening team & culture, ensuring the operation excellence.

Main responsibilities:
Drive Business
Ensure the successful launch of new products in China market, and work with global teams and NPP continuously to accelerate the commercialization of new assesses in China market by formulating clear and measurable launch strategy (including RA, access and pricing strategies), working closely with global & NPP
Deliver launch excellence of new products through rapid perception shaping
Develop long term strategic plan for the franchise, establish strong foothold in hematology first and then expand towards solid tumor. Optimize the potential in both organic and inorganic growth and build the portfolio cross functionally. Build annual cycle brand marketing plan based on in-depth understanding of oncology market to unleash potential
Deliver sales performance according to target with effective investments management
Be responsible for the budget allocation and monitoring
Foster talent development and retention to build a strong team with reasonable turnover
Develop and manage key projects targeting KOLs and key stakeholders
Build up agile team to manage uncertainty in both internal and external environment and achieve our bold ambition in oncology
Develop performance tracking system and event quality control system
Team Management
Driving effective partnerships with support functions in a matrix organization, such as HR, Finance, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure alignment around the goals and priorities set
Work closely with BD, NPP, R&D, PAMAT and also global team for innovative portfolio in China/Global
Establishing, leading, motivating, and developing the team by instilling a culture of performance, compliance, and patient centricity, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
About you
What you should have?
Education:
Minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree is preferred
Major in medical or related medicine science is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
Broad experience working in China and solid understanding of the evolving healthcare ecosystem in China
Solid experience of Marketing, Field force, BD, and/or Strategic planning is preferred
Good to have Experience in engaging customers through digital and multi-channel approach with solid deliverable
Fluent in Chinese and English
