Finance & Operations Sr. Auditor - 2407026119W

Description

• Plan and execute audits to assure compliance with established policies and procedures, including an evaluation of internal accounting, financial and operational controls.

• Establish audit programs and test plans for assigned engagements.

• Conduct audits via interviews, reviews of company policies, testing and detailed examination of records.

• Lead formal interim and final meetings with stakeholders to discuss and finalize findings and recommendations.

• Prepare detailed work papers, summarize findings and review findings with the audit manager.

• Assist the manager in preparing the audit report.

• Support the business in evaluating and recommending improvements to practices, processes and control procedures.

• Support audit team and internal customers throughout the audit to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

• Lead or participate in project teams established to achieve department goals and objectives aimed at improving audit operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Auditing.

• English and Chinese language proficiency.

• Able to multi-task and work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

• Excellent analytical, technical skills (e.g., Accounting, Excel),

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team player.
