This role is going to lead all aspects of the Douyin brand livestream of two Douyin stores (the flagship store and family store), responsible for strategy, planning, and execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Define overall strategy for Douyin brand livestream, considering marketing and sales performance metrics, as well as profitability requirements.

• Develop monthly and weekly business plan, including sales phasing, portfolios, investment, activation, etc.

• Collaborate with multi-function team to drive the consistency of strategic direction to ensure effective execution.

• Lead the execution of brand livestream with Douyin partners and keep close tracking of daily performance and cost% to make day-to-day optimization of TA, Media, portfolio, creative assets, etc.

• Conduct regular performance reviews on business results and investments, including portfolio, TA, promotion and media investment efficiency, traffic structure, etc. to identify business opportunities.

• Drive collaboration with customers to achieve sustainable and win-win partnerships.

Do you have what it takes?

• 5+ years eCommerce related working experience

• Knowledge and experience with Douyin eCommerce is a must, experience in Tmall is a plus

• Bachelor degree or above would be preferred

• Data and detail driven, with strong logical thinking

• Ability to work across diverse team and be able to multi-task

• Strong can-do attitude and team spirit

• Solid communication skills with ability to explain the complex Douyin platform rationale to other teams

• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both writing and speaking
