Digital Transformation Project Manager

Purpose of the Position:

  • Lead digital transformation business & system project related requirements collection, analysis, review, and prioritization with functional stakeholders.

  • Systems cover include ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP), Logistics & Procurement, Planning, key supply chain systems.

  • Report & Analytics platform such as Data Lake, Python, MS Power BI, Power Automate, view, KNIME, RPA and Tableau

  • Manage projects / programs and initiatives, working cross functionally within the business and with IT/external suppliers to deliver required capabilities.

  • Leverage corporate & regional capabilities, initiatives, and expertise to enhance supply chain analytics, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.

  • Understand supply planning process and needs. Work closely with business users and being business representative to collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors for process improvement, new business functionality turn on and eco systems alignment.

Education & Experience

  • Education: bachelor’s degree (Technical, Business, or IT), Master’s in Statistics, Data Science, Business or Supply Chain Management / Computer Science is plus

  • Experience: 5+ years analytics and data analysis experience

  • Experience: Project management experience, PM certification or CPIM certification is plus

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align digital transformation initiatives with business goals and objectives.

  • Digital Knowledge: Familiar with digital technologies such as cloud computing, AI, machine learning, GenAI, data analytics, and IoT.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to relay complex technical information to non-technical team members and stakeholders

  • Project management: Experience in leading global teams, including matrix assignments, project management skills in financial, schedule, risk management and issue resolution.

  • Innovation: Ability to innovate and think creatively to overcome challenges and drive transformation.

  • Culture: Global work experience, working across regions, cultures, and virtual team.

Desired Skills

  • Able to use and develop analytics and digital tools, such as Power BI, Programming: Python or C#, GenAI Prompt

  • Skills and experience in end-to-end supply chain (Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver) or Development and Engineering, or Finance

  • Ability to manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

  • Familiar with supply capacity planning, network design is preferred.

  • Supply planning tools deployment experience, e.g, SAP IBP, O9, Kinaxis, Arkeiva

Soft Skills

  • Comfortable to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.

  • Ability to work under high time pressure.

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environment and technology landscapes.
