角色职责:

  • Lead the strategic planning and flawless execution of diverse events, including exhibitions, dealer events, forums, employee recognition ceremonies, CSR initiatives, joint brand activities, and public-facing company events.

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to execute events seamlessly, while effectively managing resources and budgets.

  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setups, transportation, and accommodations, to deliver exceptional experiences for participants.

角色 目的:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into event planning processes, minimizing environmental impact and promoting responsible resource management.

  • Evaluate event success and social impact through post-event analysis and reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external organizations, such as NGOs, government agencies, and community groups, to enhance the impact and reach of CSR initiatives.

最低要求:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven track record (5 years) of successfully planning and executing events, with a focus on CSR initiatives, joint brand activities, and external collaboration.

  • Prior experience in an agency setting is highly preferred

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
