For Mobility RI in Shanghai , we are looking for Commercial Officer to shape the connected Mobility with us.

What are your responsibilities?

• Commercial bid document preparation, internal bid process, further develop the skills of bid price calculation.

• Project financial planning and forecast, reporting.

• Project contract and risk/opportunity management.

• Order processing and billing/invoice in SAP.

• Payment collection, logistics and procurement management etc.

Interface:

• Internal: procurement, legal, tax, division controlling, accounting, etc.

• External: customer, forwarders, vendors, etc.

How do I need to qualify for this job?

• Knowledge in finance and international trade.

• Above 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Fluent in English writing and speaking, good communication and computer skills.

• Preferably SAP. Familiar with Microsoft office suite is a must.
