Channel Management Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a dealer management strategy in close cooperation with the business group and channel agents to ensure smooth and efficient business operation and growth, balancing direct, indirect, and e-business channels.

  • Ensure compliance with standards in Channel Partners applications, including enrollment, renewal, changes, and termination for normal dealer, spot dealer, and related company.

  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and IA teams to ensure channel partner compliance.

  • Assess the performance of channel partners and select appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth at the regional level.

  • Establish and enhance the distributor QBR or MBR review mechanism.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with important channel partners, establishing goals and creating programs and marketing strategies to enhance mutual success, reach objectives, and enhance overall performance.

  • Develop evaluation criteria for dealer performance and consistently monitor it to generate monthly and quarterly reports on dealer performance, including analysis of performance and inventory.

  • Analyze the market and channel to enable strategic decision-making.

  • Organize dealer training on related processes, products, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with appropriate internal departments to ensure efficient support structures and processes.

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities to drive growth in the related territories.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations, dealer management, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to successfully implement dealer management strategies and programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
