职位说明：

Main responsibilities

• Collect market competitive intelligence from different databases, data handling and slides to support BD projects;

• Meeting organization, coordination, meeting room booking and zoom device setting up;

• Get familiar with Company Expense & Travel SOP, help to book travel and expense reports;

• Support contract signing and internal approval, hardcopies and digital documents archiving;

• Support team activities: birthday, team lunch etc;

Requirement

Education & Knowlege :

• Students from top tier universities, major in Biology/Chemistry/Medical, or Business background with Pharma experience preferred;

• Experience in consulting firm will be a plus but not a must;

• Good English communication (reading and writing are mandatory);

• Excellent MS Office skills;

Attendance ：

45 day/week, at least 4 months, long term preferred
