Task description:

• Creating casting selections from our database or organize live castings in collaboration with the audio team and artistic directors

• Creating and distributing recording schedules related to ongoing productions

• Booking artists and negotiating rates

• Creating and filing recording contracts

• Populating and updating our talent database

• Providing the recording teams with the necessary material / creative elements during project set up

• Organizing various tasks associated with assisting the audio team with dubbing & voicing for videogames

• Processing invoices & tracking freelancer payments

• Answering phones and providing administrative support

• General studio maintenance

Requirements:

• Have an excellent overview on audio chain and be able to liaise with sales and project manager to help understanding audio specificities

• Experienced with the audio video game pipeline

• Excellent skills on hardware and software management in a professional studio.

• At least 3 years of experience on video game audio industry

• Excellent organizational and reporting skills

• Management skills (from recruitment, to training new resources and day-to-day management)

• Be able to understand and share with third parts technical and artistic specification.

• Advanced knowledge on Pro Tools (any additional DAW is a plus)

• Knowledge in batch file management of 40k+ audio assets (SFX processing, Versioning, Mastering …)

• Expert dialogue recording and post-production skills

• Both written and oral proficiency in English

• Ability to endure extensive crunch time period and remain lucid under pressure

• Ability to identify, handle and/or escalate active audio production issues when needed.

• Ability to assess and maintain up-to-date production tools (internal software, DAWs, hardware …)

• Ability to constantly seek for better method and rationalize workflow

• Ability to provide technical QA and external vendor assessment

• Excellent oral communication skills in English will be a plus
