Job Description

岗位职责：

1)管理和开发全国范围内的餐饮渠道大客户（包括头部连锁茶饮、连锁西点烘焙店、连锁冰淇淋店、连锁咖啡店、西式快餐店等）；

2)负责和大客户总部洽谈全国性或区域性合同、促销方案、营销方案、活动计划及执行等；

3)针对重点客户，结合公司及三方研发资源，制定大客户产品开发及拓展计划；

4)负责制定所辖范围内大客户开发清单及开发流程，组织拜访现有及潜在客户；

5)制定并提交短期和长期销售计划及目标，制定销售策略，完成销售指标；

6)维护重点客户（采购部/研发部/市场部）的客情管理，确保高质量服务客户，提升客户好评度；

7）规划客户合作模式，做好直供客户管理/间供经销商的日常管理；

任职条件：

1)5年以上重点客户开发及管理经验；

2)2年以上餐饮重点客户直接或间接的服务工作经验，或产品研发及应用经验；

3)具有较强的学习能力，包括产品/渠道的快速学习理解；

4)具有较强的谈判及沟通技巧，以及市场洞察能力；

5)有良好的团队合作精神，能在一定压力下开拓方式完成目标；
