Job Title: IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure

Location: Shanghai, Wuxi, Xuzhou

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for IT professional to implement and manage Windows server, Linux and VMWare technologies within a complex technical infrastructure environment applying strict security standards and translating requirements from business partners and other IT professionals.

• Provide daily support of the technical infrastructure environment.

• Assist with the maintenance of the infrastructure of IT systems that support the business to function efficiently.

• Manage updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas, to make the network more efficient, cost-effective, and secure.

• Assist team members and business partners with documentation, training, and usability efforts.

• Part of a Global Server support model, primary Asia focus but may work on activities globally as required.

• 5 to 10% travel requirements.

Background/experience:

• Bachelor of Computer sciences or Computer Engineering equivalent.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. English language is a requirement to be able to work with global teams.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them with an enterprise perspective.

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time as well as well as being a collaborative team member.

Additional skillsets and experiences advantages

• Any Cloud, Windows Servers, Linux, VMWare, Storage knowledge or certification.

• Information Technologies Internship experiences.

• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL process (Service, Incident, Change, Problem management).

• Participate in Infrastructure project experiences.

• Knowledge of computer architecture and systems programming; ability to design, build and integrate IT hardware into multi-platforms for the organization.

• Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies, and activities in technical analysis; ability to forecast the direction of technical landscape using technical indicators and take collective actions.

• Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

• Project Management leadership experiences.
