Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team in Shakopee, MN. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance Department, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with our organization's goals.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Location: Shakopee, MN

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Overtime Available Friday and Saturday)

Whats in it for you?

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate documentation.

• Interpret equipment manuals and execute required maintenance.

• Identify and report faulty operations or defective materials.

• Utilize Microsoft Office for parts ordering and job scheduling.

• Adhere to safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and SOPs.

What do you bring?

• 1 years of industrial plant maintenance experience.

• Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

• Motivated, flexible, and adept at problem-solving.

• Proficient in welding, fabrication, and 3 Phase electrical systems.

• Experience with AC & DC drive troubleshooting preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Exposure to varying noise levels and temperatures in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Flexibility to work weekend and night shifts as needed.
