Tech Service Specialist VII - 2052

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Maintain high level of available phone coverage * Adherence to Manitowoc Crane Care service policies * Assist CSR IV with parts research * Meet training and educational goals in order to maintain strong working knowledge of crane systems * Support of after-hours phone calls

JOB REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: * Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience required. Electro-mechanical systems and customer service.Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and computer systems, with a background in customer service, or, a high school diploma with a minimum of 13 years of experience with heavy equipment repair or maintenance, electronic control system experience. * Normal office environment with occasional overnight domestic and/or international travel may be required. * Must be able to travel up to 10 - 15% of time * Must be able to address and respond to complex technical questions via telephone, website, and/or Email
