Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing machinery, equipment, or systems. The role involves fabricating and installing new equipment or components as needed, conducting inspections to identify potential issues, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The technician will also maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems.

• Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed.

• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs.

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Essential Skills

• 1+ year experience in maintenance.

• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting.

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Skills in mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with stacking, sorting, and loading material.

• Familiarity with industrial environments and service tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment that can be loud, requiring the use of headphones. The dress code includes steel-toe shoes, appropriate pants, t-shirts, and layers as needed. The team consists of 15 members. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 3rd shift, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, with initial training on the 1st shift for approximately 2-3 months (5:30 AM - 2:30 PM) before transitioning to the 3rd shift.
