Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Machine Operator to join our team. The potential candidate will be responsible for building units and maintaining quality control. They will manipulate cardboard units into form as part of their duties, which may vary slightly from each machine. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training in various areas and will be expected to lend a hand in other areas when necessary. Physical requirements include minimal bending, pushing, and pulling.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Seward, Nebraska.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-climate controlled warehouse which can be loud, requiring the wearing of headphones. The dress code includes steel toes, pants, T-shirts, and layers as needed. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 15, reporting to the General Manager. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 3rd shift, from 10:30pm to 7:00am. However, initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift for approximately 2-3 months, from 5:30am to 2:30pm, before transitioning to the 3rd shift.
