The On Course Attendant is responsible for greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, attending to guest inquiries and requests. Providing alcoholic, non-alcoholic, packaged and prepared food while following Westfield's standards, policies and procedures. #LI-DNI To greet guests in a friendly and professional manner promptly and courteously. Serves alcoholic, non-alcoholic, packaged, and prepared foods to guests/members at the Country Club through various outlets, comfort stations, and beverage carts. Takes food and beverage orders using a point of sales system, handles payment transactions, maintains daily inventory records, use of waste sheets, restocking and proper rotation of products. Checks the identification of guests requesting alcohol to verify their age using a valid photo ID. Maintains clean and sanitized workstations throughout the shift, following proper hygiene and safety protocols. Complies with all OSHA and Westfield's safety/training/certification standards. Daily operation of golf carts and or beverage carts. Follows established safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and property. Consistently reports to work on time and completes scheduled shits. Following Westfield's standards and dress code. May have additional travel requirements on campus. Minimum 1 year experience of food handling and customer service. High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience. Possession of a valid driver's license with a driving record that complies to company standards. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and some holidays. Must be at least 19 years of age or older. Basic math skills, correct payment and correct change.
