Remote Part-Time Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Legal Advisor for a part-time, fully remote opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, expertise, and support for commercial leasing matters and general contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Review, revise, draft and negotiate commercial real estate lease agreements.

• Create and review diverse contracts associated with real estate deals and other general commercial matters.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and key stakeholders within the organization.

• Provide expert counsel on a wide array of commercial real estate topics in a clear and concise manner.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from a reputable law school.

• Active member of the state bar association and in good standing.

• Three or more years of experience in the field of commercial real estate, particularly in the areas of leasing and general contracts.

• Proficient in using virtual tools for meetings, document collaboration, and performing tasks.

• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of managing multiple commitments simultaneously and meeting stringent deadlines.

• Demonstrated knowledge of and familiarity with the commercial real estate industry.
