Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Training and Compliance: Provide essential reporting on training completion, especially annual compliance courses.

  • Employee Relations: Collaborate with the HR Partner to manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough investigations and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Process Improvement: Work closely with HR team members to identify business gaps and lead process improvement efforts.

  • Data and Metrics: Collect and compile HR metrics from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews, labor statistics, and more.

  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and execute recruiting plans.

  • Technology Integration: Apply your knowledge to identify opportunities to support, simplify, and automate processes, enhancing the overall experience.

  • Engagement Activities: Coordinate employee engagement activities, including recognition events, team-building exercises, and community programs.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.

  • At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Workday.
