1.Perform minor and major PM for Back Metal tools as per schedule and ensure that are in good working condition.

2.Tools Owner team up with Equipment, Process Engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble shooting and continue improvement method.

3. Maintain and Improve overall Equipment efficiency through effective Preventive Maintenance.

4. To perform tools conversion as and when needed.

5.Involve in projects to improve yields, quality, cycle time, reduce scrap and cost

6. Responsible on 5S at Back Metal area
