To provide process engineering support to manufacturing line and responsible for quality, yield, cost and cycle time of the products.

• Provide technical leadership and solutions to day-to-day manufacturing issues.

• Optimize wafer fab processes using design of experiments and analytical methodologies to improve process and device yield.

• Analyze failing wafers with cross functional team to identify root causes including working with suppliers and customers for solutions.

• Support manufacturing to achieve best in class cycle time and OTD.

• Work with cross functional teams (local and global) as well as across business units on new technology development programs and new part introduction.

• Error proof processes to minimize/eliminate human errors.

• Error proof tools to minimize/eliminate equipment issues.

• Institute effective process controls and work procedures to achieve manufacturing efficiency.

• Improve tools and processes with cross functional team, suppliers, and customers.

• Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area.

• Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labor, ethics and EHS.

• Other duties as assigned.
