Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe HealthCARE Marketing & Communications Assistant in Sequim, Washington
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HealthCARE Marketing and Communications Assistant (HMCA) to support our HealthCARE facilities, which include Jamestown Family Health Clinic, Jamestown Family Dental Clinic, and Jamestown Healing Clinic. The HMCA will support the HealthCARE Marketing and Communications Manager (HMCM) in overseeing the marketing, communications, and website design for these facilities. The HMCA will assist in creating and implementing internal and external communication programs that effectively describe and promote the culture of the HealthCARE facilities. Additionally, the HMCA will assist in managing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Medical Providers and coordinate various administrative functions within the HealthCARE Department. This role will play a vital part in promoting our clinics and enhancing the patient, physician, and employee experience. Essential Functions:
- Assist in creating and maintaining HealthCARE recruitment and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the HMCM to manage internal and external marketing communications for the HealthCARE facilities.
- Work with the HMCM to enhance patient, physician, and employee experience across all HealthCARE facilities.
- Support the development and implementation of programs to track patient experience and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and accurate information regarding HealthCARE facilities is shared on social media platforms and the website.
- Assist in ensuring HealthCARE branding and promotional materials are presented professionally and accurately represent the culture of the facilities.
- Stay informed about multimedia marketing trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in managing the web design and content information of the HealthCARE website(s).
- Support the HealthCARE management team with administrative functions as needed and assigned.
- Uphold a high level of professional standards, reliability, and a respectful patient-focused demeanor.
- Collaborate effectively with applicable community outreach programs and partners.
- Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, including safety standards and work practices.
- Assist with any additional duties as assigned by the HMCM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field and minimum of three years' experience in web design or other transferrable related experience. Related experience in marketing or communication may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
- Advanced computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to maintain positive professional relationships with employees and community partners.
- Ability to work efficiently, consistently meet deadlines, and manage multiple and changing priorities.
- Strong follow-through, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as assigned.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations.
- Experience working in a health care facility.
- Knowledge of Indian communities, culture, and government.
- American Indian/Alaska Native ppreferences apply.
