Position Overview:

If you are an experienced Sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting platform for you! Based in Seoul, Korea.

You will be responsible for managing Cold Chain, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning (AC), Heating, Transportation & Cooling controls via establishing / maintaining relationships with market influencers and players including customers, performing daily sales/marketing activities, engaging in Sales and Operations Planning process actively, and supporting vertical business leaders for new program & products in Korea.

As Assistant Sales Manager, Korea, You will:

  • Achieve sales target consistently via well designed back-up planning.

  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of customer accounts and sales channels, fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

  • Continuously identify and cultivate new local business partnerships, expanding our customer base.

  • Closely monitor market trends and customer feedback, relaying insights to cross-functional teams and management to drive continuous improvement.

  • Identify and promptly capitalize on New Business Opportunities (NBOs), integrating them with new product initiatives under the guidance of in-region marketing professionals and vertical business leaders.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to strategically penetrate new and adjacent markets, seizing business opportunities.

Required education, experienced and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical engineering or HVAC related fields

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or HVAC field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrates proficiency in spoken and written English, with at least an intermediate level.

  • A positive attitude, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a strong team dynamic

  • Proven success in delivering sales, strategic vision and quantitative analysis
