The role.
As we continue to expand and innovate, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Team Assistant.
Administrative Support for Management
Support our Management in daily operational tasks and ensure support for addressed tasks.
Marketing & Communications Coordination
Support ongoing Marketing activities. Contribute to overall success of our Marketing & Communication strategy.
Assist in planning and executing team events, meetings, and workshops.
Take on miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned to support the smooth operation of the team.
BA Team Support
Administration and Document Management: Procure and organize various governmental documents, including copies of the register and corporate seal certificate.
Oversee corporate seal and logbook management.
Fixed Asset Management to ensure the accuracy of fixed asset records and fixed assets in use.
Office Management
Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment as a central point of contact interface with Real Estate and other external partners.
Your profile.
Working as part of a team in a regional (Korea) and international environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing is a must.
Ability to multitask and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
