The role.

As we continue to expand and innovate, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Team Assistant.

  • Administrative Support for Management

  • Support our Management in daily operational tasks and ensure support for addressed tasks.

  • Marketing & Communications Coordination

  • Support ongoing Marketing activities. Contribute to overall success of our Marketing & Communication strategy.

  • Assist in planning and executing team events, meetings, and workshops.

  • Take on miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned to support the smooth operation of the team.

  • BA Team Support

  • Administration and Document Management: Procure and organize various governmental documents, including copies of the register and corporate seal certificate.

  • Oversee corporate seal and logbook management.

  • Fixed Asset Management to ensure the accuracy of fixed asset records and fixed assets in use.

  • Office Management

  • Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment as a central point of contact interface with Real Estate and other external partners.

Your profile.

  • Working as part of a team in a regional (Korea) and international environment

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing is a must.

  • Ability to multitask and strong analytical skills

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
