Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an energy-efficiency minded Key Account Manager to develop and manage our sales. The preferred candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customer accounts at the corporate level as a true partner to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Generating and developing relationships with new and potential customers in the assigned territory

  • Responsibilities of achieving business target by collaborating with team members and immediate manager

  • Developing and improving relationship with manufacturers of mobile & Industrial hydraulics, marine, air compressor or industrial engines, etc.

  • Developing feasible sales plan and build up comprehensive customer database

  • Developing, qualifying, following up and close sales opportunities

  • Effectively execution for pricing, order following up, payment policy, product claim coordination and relevant sales management rule

  • Market monitoring and competitor monitoring activity

  • Complying with the order pricing management policy

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • University degrees in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with ±5 years of experience in sales preferred

  • Shall be in touch with manufacturers

  • A strategic thinker and possesses the ability successfully manage the entire sales cycle within Danfoss target channels

  • Excellent commercial aptitude, problem solving and interpersonal skills, strong time management and organizational skills along with ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time

  • Continuously pro-active, engaged and result oriented

  • Structured team player who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Strong communicator

  • Comprehensive English skills
