Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial , industrial, and natural resource applications. About Role

ROLE DESCRIPTION

What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)

1. Technical Support:

Understanding the technical aspects of products or services and

explaining them to customers.

2. Sales Support:

Collaborating with the sales team to support and provide customer requirements

and propose suitable technical solutions and quotation.

3. Customer relationship management :

Maintaining positive relationships with customers by resolving sales & technical

issues and building trust.

4. Sales Order management : Quotation, Creation SO, Opportunity management

This position balances technical expertise and sales skills, playing a crucial role in conveying the value of products or services to customers.
