The Korea and China Xbox Teams work with both major publishers and independents, to help them navigate the different stages of the end-to-end product lifecycle, on the Xbox and Windows platforms.

We are a diverse group, working together with our global Production Partner Manager teams in the UK, US and Japan to coordinate global releases of our Xbox and PC Titles.

We work with partners in Asia and around the world who rely on us to keep them updated on the latest platform information, educate them on our policies, processes and tools, and advise them on their development and release schedules.

  • Do you have excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize execution and deliver to tight deadlines?

If so, we are hiring a Production Partner Manager for our Korea and China teams, based in Seoul, and would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as part of the Korea/China account team, working with Europe, Asia and the US, supporting publishers and their many games (games).

  • Partner with gaming creators to plan and support their submission and content roadmaps for games on both Xbox consoles and PC, to prepare them for successful launches.

  • Work with the Korean games Age rating board (GRAC) to ensure our continued compliance as a platform.

  • Manage high priority/complex releases with internal and external partner teams.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for all account-related queries and redirect or escalate to appropriate teams as necessary.

  • Support external partners with regular updates on tools, processes and business priorities.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in project or program management, with Korean or Chinese, and global stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English, Korean and Mandarin (ideally Simplified Chinese) – reading, writing, speaking (includes giving presentations).

  • Experience establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with partners/customers.

  • Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.

  • Working understanding of game development or game production lifecycle.

Bonus Points! (Any of the following would be a plus)

  • Japanese fluency

  • Aptitude for technology – ability to adapt and utilize new tools and systems- CRM, Databases, Dashboards etc.

  • Experience in a technical or IT related field.

  • Passion for gaming.
