"We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to drive the commercial success of our prestige portfolio, with a particular focus on Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This role will be instrumental in elevating the profile of our Single Malt brands (The Glendronach, Benriach, and Glenglassaugh) within the luxury spirits market. Additionally, you will contribute to the commercial performance for our broader super-premium portfolio, encompassing American Whiskey, Rum, and Gin."

Meaningful Work From Day One

The Prestige Sales Manager will lead the commercialization of the prestige portfolio, driving sales growth, and building brand presence within the luxury market. This role involves cultivating high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and corporate accounts, achieving financial targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute impactful activities aligned with the prestige channel strategy.

What You Can Expect

● Lead executional excellence in commercialization of the prestige portfolio, providing organizational capabilities to build presence and sales within prestige channels.

● Increase existing business and capture new opportunities by targeting HNWI and nurturing key relationships with individuals and corporate accounts.

● Meet the assigned targets for engagement, response rate, and consumer recommendation & advocacy; as well as capture behavioral data and individual intelligence, under the restrictions of global and local consumer data protection legislation.

● Achieve KPIs and meet P&L goals while managing client engagement budgets.

● Support implementation of the Prestige Channel Strategy in Asia, following Marketing guidelines for building mental and physical availability of prestige product range.

● Collaborate and create ideas to develop the Prestige business, building strong partnerships via luxury brands, financial institutions, HNW organizations, and Private clubs.

● Work alongside Marketing for bespoke (high image) brand events/programmes to create desirability and drive sales.

● Exhibit expertise and detailed knowledge of our Prestige portfolio of brands, and serve as a definitive resource for HNW consumers, and key luxury accounts.

● Support wider B-F sales teams in achieving their commercial objectives and strengthen our sales, and distribution partners' understanding of our prestige brands.

● Adhere to pricing guidelines, collaborate internally and coordinate pricing to clients.

What You Bring to the Table

● More than 5 years experience from a luxury consumer goods sales environment.

● Proven experience in displaying capabilities in luxury sales and marketing, growing existing customer base with influential customers, industry influencers and HNW consumers.

● Superb interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and ability to operate effectively in a collaborative matrix, including finance, marketing, legal and supply chain.

● Ability to present themselves and our products to reflect the luxury brand's image and values.

● Strong, evident personal integrity and discretion.

● Highly profficient with digital and social media platforms - experience of WeChat/KakaoTalk/Line and other popular apps commonly used in the region.

● Ability to travel domestically and possibly international, including some weekends.
