Job Description:
Major Account Executive is responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitable UPS revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing business within their assigned accounts, in the key non-country wide customer segment. He/She analyzes customers’ current supply chain needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers’ requests.
Role & Responsibility
1. Strategic Growth Leadership: Leverage extensive experience in healthcare or related industries to provide market insights and formulate optimal growth strategies (both organic and inorganic) and other strategies.
2. Client Consulting and Counseling : Identify and diagnose clients' key challenges, offering tailored consulting services to address their business needs effectively.
3. Proje ct Initiation and Business Development: Initiate, plan, and manage strategic projects with both internal teams and external partners to unlock new business opportunities.
4. Business Opportunity Engagement: Proactively engage in business pitching and pursuit activities to capture new growth opportunities.
5. Pre -Sales Capability : Collaborate with potential partners to create larger sales opportunities and attract target clients using a variety of strategic sales approaches.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus.
2. Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics, healthcare, or related industries is highly preferred.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
4. Co mmunication and Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project planning, management, and execution is preferred.

Mon to Fri(09:00 18:00, exclude 1 hour lunch break)
