Job Description:
The National Account Executive is responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitable UPS revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing business within their assigned accounts, in the key non-country wide customer segment. He/She analyzes customers’ current supply chain needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers’ requests. FOR INTERNATIONAL USE ONLY
Role & Responsibilities
Leverage Healthcare Industry Expertise: Utilize a strong background in healthcare or a related industry to provide valuable insights and foster relationships with prospective customers.
Client Management and Issue Resolution: Manage client concerns effectively, identifying solutions to address issues and uncover future sales opportunities.
Partnership Development: Create collaboration opportunities with partners to facilitate successful deals, both independently and in partnership.
Client Engagement and Solution Advocacy: Respond proactively to the needs of both potential and existing clients, persuading them to adopt our services and solutions.
Sales Coordination and Deal Closure: Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless sales processes and successful deal closures.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
Industry Experience: 10+ years of logistics sales experience within the healthcare industry preferred. Applicants with non-sales experience but possessing strong healthcare industry knowledge and a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Korean and English to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with the aptitude to build relationships with clients and colleagues. And a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results are essential.

Mon to Fri(09:00 18:00, exclude 1 hour lunch break)
